Classes are run in Guildford, Godalming, Cobham and London areas in both Yoga studios and private establishments. Classes held are traditional Ashtanga classes, both Full Primary Series (counted and asisted) and partial Primary Series as well as general Ashtanga instructional classes. Vinyasa Flow style classes are held which are free-form classes that follow no pre-determined sequence and as such each class will focus on a different area of the body.
Classes are informal and friendly and beginners to yoga are always welcome. Mats are available to borrow but if you have a mat then please do feel free to bring it along as there are limited mats available for use.
Acro Yoga, a new style of yoga involving partner and group work, yoga asana, therapeutic massage and flying. It is an extremely fun variation of yoga that will greatly improve your strength and flexibility as well increasing your confidence, self-esteem and capacity to be playful.
You do not have to have a partner to take part in Acro Yoga, we all work together, supporting and trusting each other as we playfully learn great new skills.
Whether you are training for a specific sport, looking to improve your practice or looking to help out an ailment then Private Sessions are for you. The great thing about a private session is that unlike classes the session is completely orientanted around you. The instructor is able to give you adjustments in every pose so you can understand and feel each and every pose. Sessions can be held in your own home or in a studio.
Private sessions really are a great way to dramatically improve your yoga practice.
